Jenny Salmon is the major trauma co-ordinator at Salford Royal Hospital. It's her job to coordinate the care for all the major trauma patients and make sure that they go from admission to discharge in the safest and quickest way possible. From seeing the accidents arrive, to telling patients that their lives will never been the same again, Jenny has seen it all.
